BiographyHistory

Florence Corrigan was raised by her parents in the Pilbara of Western Australia. Throughout Corrigan's working life she has been employed in a number of fields and worked hard to support herself. Florence Corrigan met her husband James 'Jim' Corrigan in Kalgoorlie and moved to Esperence after falling pregnant with her second son Billy.

In her life story Miles of Post and Wire (1998), Florence Corrigan shares a story of life, perseverance and uncovering her family history.
