  • Author of the poetry broadsheet "The Miner's Fate" [193-] and composer of the song "W'en are yer goin' away" (c.1918?). He wrote the lyrics of the songs (music by Leonard Nelson) "The Boys from Old New Zealand" (1918) and "Good Old Aussie" (1918). He also edited the "Australian Life Digest" and was joint editor (1922-24), with Hector Bolitho, of "The Shakespearian Quarterly" (Syd).
