'Margaret Clark was born in Geelong, Victoria, Australia on August 20, 1942. She has a bachelors' degree, a Masters' degree, and a doctorate in education. She has been a primary teacher, a pre-school director, a lecturer with the faculty of education at Deakin University, and a counselor in an alcohol and drug center.
