Journalist Liz Porter began her career in Hong Kong, then worked in Sydney, London and Stuttgart before returning to her home town of Melbourne, where she began a long career as a feature writer for the Sunday Age newspaper.
Porter has won awards for her writing on legal issues. Her non-fiction titles include Written on the Skin: An Australian Forensic Casebook and Cold Case File. She was shortlisted in the True Crime category of the 2012 Ned Kelly Awards for Cold Case File.
