BiographyHistory

'Les was born in Ashington Northumberland in the North of England and started work in the mines at the tender age of fourteen. Obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering he spent the next fifteen years working on Railway and Power Station projects in Scotland, Africa and Iran, finally arriving in Brisbane in the early 80's. The remainder of his working life was spent as a Electrical Engineer and later on a Management and Safety Consultant with Queensland Rail.' (Source : Amazon)
