BiographyHistory

Margaret McClusky taught for a few years after graduating from the University of Melbourne and then wrote, produced and directed theatre for schools. She wrote scripts for radio, film and television and reviewed film, theatre and literature. She was an administrator with the Australian Film Commission before concentrating on writing fiction.

She has written two textbooks for secondary students, for the Excel Studies in Literature series : Robert Caswell's Scales of Justice : with an introduction on reading a TV script (1993) and Baz Luhrmann and Craig Pearce's Strictly Ballroom (1995). She has also written Life's Little Time Management Tips (1995) and Life's Little Unclutter Tips (1995).
