BiographyHistory

Guest & Stevens (John Guest and Albert Charles Stevens) owned the Traralgon Record newspaper and bought the Morwell Advertiser from Bert. Turnley in February 1894. The Morwell Advertiser while continuing to be owned by Guest & Stevens, was published by John Guest until the firm of Guest & Stevens '... Printers, Publishers and Newspaper Proprietors of Morwell and Traralgon in the Colony of Victoria was dissolved on the Thirtieth day of June 1896.'
