Kate Zahnleiter has completed an undergraduate qualification in psychology and been involved in community care, rehabilitation, and family dispute resolution. In 2010 she received second place in the Lorian Hemingway Short Story Competition. Kate is Brisbane-based, and completed a Master of Creative Industries in Creative Writing in 2012.
