BiographyHistory

The Book Industry Collaboration Council was established by the Australian Government on 25 June 2012 'in response to a recommendation from the Book Industry Strategy Group'. The Council's focus is on ' improving efficiency in the Australian Book Industry's supply chains'.

The inaugural chair of the Council was Professor David Throsby.
