BiographyHistory

Visual effects designer and occasional script-writer.

His work as a visual effects designer includes Australia (2008), Superman Returns (2006), House of Wax (2005), Ghost Ship (2002), Doom Runners (1997), and Paradise Road (1997), the mini-series Moby Dick (for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy) (1998), and the television series Mission: Impossible (1988-1990), for which he also wrote two scripts. He also worked as the production designer for Halfway Across the Galaxy and Turn Left (1993-1994).

He was awarded the Australian Centenary Medal in the 2001 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to the Queensland film industry.
