BiographyHistory

Kwementyaye Ross was a well renowned educator, writer, teacher and translator who created a dictionary, stories, songs and educational resources in Kaytetye language. She was also a presenter at the Musicological Society of Australia in 2001, teaching about her peoples traditional songs. Kwementyaye Ross shared cultural knowledge through many ways, including recordings, publications and in person through programs, school class rooms and fieldtrips.
