Television script-writer and script editor.
Jo Watson began working with Jonathan M. Shiff Productions in the late 1990s, when she was employed as a script coordinator and script editor for the children's science-fiction television series Thunderstone (1999). She followed this with a role as script editor on Cybergirl in 2001, as story consultant on Wicked Science (2006), and as story consultant on H2O: Just Add Water (2006), all Shiff productions. She also wrote the occasional script for these and other Shiff programs, including Pirate Islands (2003), Wicked Science (2004), and H2O: Just Add Water (2006).
In 2008, she worked as a script-writer on children's animated program Pixel Pinkie: produced by Blue Rocket Productions in association with the Nine Network, the program followed a young girl whose new mobile phone comes complete with a small, pink, accident-prone genie.
Since 2010, Watson has worked as a script-writer for long-running soap opera Neighbours.
