BiographyHistory

Jessie Cole grew up in Northern NSW. In 2009, she was awarded a HarperCollins Varuna Award for Manuscript Development for her linked short stories 'Blood Mandala: A Biography of a Family'. In 2013, her first novel was shortlisted for the ALS Gold Medal and longlisted for the Dobbie Award (both in 2013). She has subsequently released a second novel and a memoir, as well as publishing numerous short stories.
