BiographyHistory

Arwarbukarl Cultural Resource Association (ACRA), established in 2002, is committed to raising cultural and language awareness in Awabakarl country.
ACRA specialises in reclamation of the Awabakarl language, education in preschools, primary schools, and high schools, emphasising the importance that Awabakal language has on cultural identity.
ACRA also provides education and non accredited training nationally for the preservation of Indigenous language. Since 2008, ACRA has been operating under the trading name Miromaa Aboriginal Language & Technology Centre.
