BiographyHistory

Ben Boothby, author of the novel The Centipede (1907), was the brother of Guy Boothby (q.v.) and illustrated some of Guy's works. Boothby left Australia as a young child. It is not certain that he ever returned, though it is likely that he paid at least one visit.
