BiographyHistory

Dilan Thampapillai has been a Lecturer with the School of Law at Victoria University in Melbourne. He has taught and researched in the areas of intellectual property law, international trade law and public law. Thampapillai has a BA and an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from the Australian National University, a M.Com from the University of Sydney and an LLM (Master of Laws) from Cornell University. He has also studied at the National University of Singapore and Harvard University as a visiting student. Prior to becoming an academic Thampapillai was a lawyer with the Attorney-General's Department and the Australian Government Solicitor in Canberra.
