BiographyHistory

'Anglicanus' wrote a number of literary articles which were published in the Empire in 1866-1867. Many of these articles included poems which also appear to have been written by 'Anglicanus'. According to their article 'A Leaf from a Medical Student's Unsorted Recollections (the Empire, 28 November, 1866), 'Anglicanus' was English by birth and had studied medicine in Dublin. They appear to have lived in Sydney in 1866-1867. Further biographical details remain to be established.
