Notes

  • Margaret Rawlings appears on the cover of The Home, March 1933. Designed by Hera Roberts (q.v.), the cover image was 'highly innovative' as it 'combined both fashion illustration and fashion photography' with a composition that drew on the visual vocabulary of Surrealist collage.
