BiographyHistory

English aviator Charles William Anderson Scott is best known for winning the MacRobertson Air Race in 1934. He worked for QANTAS and as an air-mail pilot in Australia 1927-30. He joined the RAF at the beginning of World War II and died of a self-inflicted bullet wound.
