Jo Chambers grew up in Myrtleford, Victoria. She has spent most of her life working in order to travel: nanny in Canada, gym assistant in California, waitress in Ireland. She has worked for the Victorian State Government and has been a postgraduate student in Professional Writing at Deakin University.
