Dr. Rebecca Williams has Lectured in Communication, Cultural and Media Studies at the University of Glamorgan. She has published work in the European Journal of Cultural Studies, Reading Angel (I.B. Tauris), and Fame Culture: The Reader in Stardom and Celebrity (Sage). She has written about online responses of female fans to Doctor Who for a collection on British Science-Fiction, transnational fans of the Twilight franchise, and audiences of historical-reality television.
