BiographyHistory

'Millie Ingram is a Wiradjuri woman born in Cowra New South Wales and in 2011 was the Chairperson of the Wyanga Elders Group in Redfern and  an active member of the Redfern community. She was the Assistant Secretary of the New South Wales Department of Aboriginal Affairs during the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody and a Regional Councillor for the Wiradjuri Region of the NSW Aboriginal Land Council. Ingram has also worked with inmates in NSW prisons and brings with her years of experience in areas health, education and juvenile justice.'
