BiographyHistory

Advocate-general of South Australia. Mann was descibed by Jane Isabella Watts in her Family Life in South Australia (1890) as 'a clever, agreeable man, and brim full of information on innumerable topics.' (26) His Lines Suggested by the Perusal of Mr. N. H.'s Essay on 'Change'... were originally written in Jane Isabella Watt's stepmother's album.
