BiographyHistory

American actor, director and writer Nicholas Hammond's early years were spent in the United States of America acting in television and film including the role of Friedrich in the American film the Sound of Music (1965).

Hammond moved to Australia in the mid 1980s, living in Sydney, acting and writing for television and film. He co-wrote the play Lying Cheating Bastard (2009) with James Galea (q.v.).
