Elliott Bledsoe is a research assistant at the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation, a role that also sees him working as a project officer with Creative Commons Australia.
He is heavily involved with community-based arts organisations, sitting on the board of Metro Arts (a Brisbane performing and visual arts venue) and serving as secretary of Youth Arts Queensland (which provides access to the arts for young people in Queensland). He has also sat on the board of Flying Arts (an organisation committed to increasing access to the arts for people in regional and remote Queensland) and served as vice president of Vibewire (a non-profit organisation providing assistance for young artists and entrepreneurs).
