BiographyHistory

Barney Waria is a Story teller belonging to the Ngadjuri people from the northern region of South Australia. Waria shared a number of conversations with Anthropologists about Ngadjuri country during his life. Barney Waria was married to a woman named Mary (May) Wilson. Barney Waria is the grandfather of Irene Agius, Elaine Newchurch and Vincent Copley .
