BiographyHistory

Terry Gifford has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Chichester, UK and Professor Honorario at the University of Alicante, Spain. His books include Pastoral (Routledge, 1999), The Unreliable Mushrooms: New and Selected Poems (Redbeck, 2003), The Joy of Climbing (Whittles, 2004), Reconnecting With John Muir: Essays in Post-Pastoral Practice (University of Georgia Press, 2006) and Ted Hughes (Routledge, 2009).
