BiographyHistory

Theophilus Bloomer (c1796-1827) traded as a printer, bookseller, bookbinder, stationer, and engraver in Birmingham, England, from about 1817 until his death in 1827. His last address, at 53 Edgbaston Street, was sometimes described as "T Bloomer's Cheap Traveller's Warehouse." He was briefly succeeded by his widow Sarah Bloomer.
