Mary Pappin is an Elder belonging to the Mutthi Mutthi people whose traditional country is located between the Murray River and the Balranald area extending north to the Lachlan River in New South Wales. Pappin has been invovled in the management of the Willandra Lakes World Heritage Area for a long time. Pappin is also an experienced guide who has given tours of Willandra for a number of years.
