BiographyHistory

Rena Fragkioudaki is a Cretan-Greek. She arrived in Melbourne, Australia, in 1966. Soon after her arrival in Melbourne, she involved herself in the Greek Community's affairs. She became a community radio announcer and later appeared on the television. At her role as a journalist she serviced the Greek Community for thirty years, and strongly supported it at issues regarding Macedonia, Greece and Cyprus. She presented programs for children in the TV channels 10 and 7, and appeared in SBS radio and television, as a presenter and public relations co-ordinator
