  • Halloran's poem 'The Curate's Petition' appeared in the London Morning Post in 1812 with the author's name indicated as 'Humphry Banyan, A.M.' It is unclear whether Halloran actually used this writing name, or whether it was instead dubbed by the editor of the Morning Post.
