BiographyHistory

Sarah Wilson, former editor of Cosmopolitan magazine, is a Sydney-based trend consultant and a columnist with the Daily Telegraph newspaper. She has also hosted MasterChef Australia on TV Channel Ten, but is best known for a series of lifestyle books (and associated media) about removing sugar from her diet.

In 2017, she published First, We Make the Beast Beautiful, a memoir of her life with anxiety. It was longlisted for the 2018 Indie Book Awards (Nonfiction) and the Australian Book Design Awards (Autobiography / Biography / Memoir), and shortlisted for the ABIA General Non-fiction Book of the Year Award.
