BiographyHistory

Ernest Kelvin (Fred) Fisk served in the Australian Army during World War II. After the war he studied philosophy, politics and economics at Oxford University. Fisk's major interest as an economist lay in the area of rural development, particularly in South-East Asian and Pacific nations.

Fisk is the first of three sons of Sir Ernest Thomas Fisk
