BiographyHistory

Phyllis Thomas is a Warmun artist who was born on the Turner River in north Western Australia.She worked on cattle stations in the Turner River region and has worked as a language and cultural teacher.
Her stories are often associated with the Ngarrangkarni (the Dreamtime) and the Bungle Bungles (Purnululu).
