BiographyHistory

Goody Barrett is an artist who was born on Old Lissadell Station in the Kimberley region of north Western Australia. As a station hand in her youth, Barrett worked in a number of areas around the station including, the kitchen, milking the cows and boundary riding. She established a food delivery service for the elders of the Warmun community. Barrett has also been involved with the Daiwul Gidja crosscultural program.
