BiographyHistory

In 1969, Jan Richardson and her husband Stan Davey went north to work with Aboriginal people who were living on reserves in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. In 2009, part of Richardson's life story was featured in the National Museum of Australia's exhibition From Little Things Big Things Grow: Fighting For Indigenous Rights 1920-1970.
