BiographyHistory

Ralwurrandji Wanambi is a member of the Marrakulu people from Gurka'wuy country. She is the daughter of Mithili who was an artist and leader of the Marrakulu clan. She has worked at the Yirrkala art centre Buku-Larrnggay and the Yirrkala hospital. She is married to Madarrpa artist Nuwandjali and they live in his country at Yilpara. She is active in daily and ceremonial life of her community.
