BiographyHistory

Dhuwarrwarr Marika is an artist, stoyteller and the daughter of Mawalan Marika (q.v.) and Yinithirra Burarrwanga. Wandjuk Marika and Banduk Marika (qq.v.) are Dhuwarrwarr's brother and sister. Dhuwarrwarr Marika began painting when she was a child and has continued the family tradition using traditional colours.
