BiographyHistory

Jack Britten grew up in the Kimberley area of Western Australia at a place called Tickalara, south of Turkey Creek. In his youth, Britten was a stockman on various stations throughout the Kimberley and he also fossicked for gold. Britten was a respected artist and elder in the Kimberley area.
