BiographyHistory

'Artist Jodie Stewart is a Dharawal woman and her totem is Umbarra (black duck). Her family network spans the the Kamilaroi, Dunghutti and Wandandian nations. Formally she has received qualifications in Aboriginal Art and Cultural Practices from Bomaderry TAFE, yet is predominantly self taught due to many years of experimentation in the mediums of painting, printmaking, sculpture and weaving.'
