BiographyHistory

Rosie Campbell's Elders gave her the name Murrigurru which means flood water flowing down from the hills and flowing into the river. Murrigurru is a Thalanyji speaker who worked as a cook on a number of stations in the Pilbara area. She married a man named Sambo Campbell.
