BiographyHistory

Christopher Latham grew up in Brisbane. He gained his Bachelor of Music and his Master of Chamber Music degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is a chorist and a violinist and has toured nationally and internationally with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. In 1998 he took over Boosey and Hawkes Australia, an international classical music publisher, representing most of Australia's composers and working as an editor/advisor on composers' works. Latham is artistic director of the Four Winds Festival in Bermagui, New South Wales, (2005).
