'Jayne Lyons is a Perth based children’s author who also works for a major Australian corporation. She has worked in the developing world and seen challenges faced by underprivileged children firsthand. She is passionate children being given the opportunity to achieve their dreams.
'Born and raised in Liverpool, UK, Jayne combines the unlikely loves of eighteenth-century English and Russian literature with being a sport tragic – especially football. Jayne has travelled the world with her day job as a geologist and has seen the challenges facing underprivileged children in the developing world first hand.
