BiographyHistory

Arthur Dodd was born near Walgett and Lightning Ridge on Dungalear Station. Dodd was able to speak Ngiyambaa/Wayilwan and Yuwaalaraay, and could understand Gamilaraay. In the 1970s, Dodd had narratives in Ngiyambaa and Yuwaalaraay recorded by Janet Mathews and Corinne Williams.
