BiographyHistory

Author and critic.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Ian Mond wrote a number of short speculative-fiction stories, including Doctor Who short fiction, often set in Australia. Since the mid-2000s, he has been more active as a critic, including the long-running podcast The Writer and the Critic, with Kirstyn McDermott, and for his review website, The Hysterical Hamster. His work has frequently been nominated for Ditmar Awards.
