Patricia Vinnicombe was an archaeologist who conducted pioneering work on the rock art of the Burrup Peninsula and the Kimberley. A PhD scholarship, the Patricia Vinnicombe Scholarship for Rock Art Studies on the Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia, was established to honour her memory.
