BiographyHistory

'S. F. Tusa is a filmmaker of Torres Strait Island and Samoan descent. He was raised in the towns of Cairns, Queensland, and Christchurch, Aotearoa (New Zealand). He began working in the camera and sound departments on various productions and as a grip assistant on the set of Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks' production, The Pacific. Tusa has completed numerous AFTRS writing and director courses and workshops, under the supervision of mentors Wayne Blair and Rima Tamou.' Source: http://niasmelancholy.com
