BiographyHistory

Australian author of paranormal erotica and suspense romances, based in Canada.

Cooper-Posey also writes under two pen-names: 'Anastasia Black' (the pen-name for collaborative work between Cooper-Posey and American writer Julia Templeton) and 'Teal Ceagh' (of which Cooper-Posey says, 'Teal Ceagh was created in mid-2009 to allow me to write wildly different types of erotic romances for Ellora’s Cave and market them without disrupting my already established readers there. Teal Ceagh wrote the hottest of MMF ménage paranormal romance and urban fantasies that Ellora’s Cave have to offer, and that’s a pretty extreme jump from the erotic MF romantic suspense I was writing then.')

In mid-2011, after thirty-five novels with various publishers, Cooper-Posey shifted to independent publishing: since then, she has published new novels and 'Author's Editions' of her older works.

'Anastasia has her life firmly under control. She has a fiance, Hugh, who loves her, and a career that's going places, in one of the best cities in the world. Things are...nice. Stable. Secure. And nothing like the tempestuous years she remembers when her parents' celebrated, notorious romance was still aflame. Then Anastasia's fiance's best friend, David Black, returns to Seattle after years of living overseas. David recognizes Anastasia's stunted, hibernating soul, and is appalled. Even though digging up the truth about Anastasia's family history will cause pain, David is determined to coax Anastasia's true nature out of dormancy. But if Anastasia reverts to her real character, marriage to Hugh will become impossible, and David's best friend will be hurt. And if David doesn't succeed in setting Anastasia's soul free, then he will lose his own chance at winning her heart.'
