BiographyHistory

Ennis Josephine Honey has been a freelance writer, a music teacher and journalist. She was the sub-editor for Australian Women's Weekly from 1965 to 1975, and has contributed to several Australian newspapers and magazines, including the Daily Mirror, New Idea, and the Sydney Morning Herald.

As well as journalism, Honey has written radio scripts, biography, children's literature and historical material. She has also published The Art of Violet Somerset: Australian Singer and Artist Teacher (1985) and The Australian Women's Weekly Presents...His and hers Housekeeping Guide: for wives, husbands, and bachelors of both sexes (1974).
