BiographyHistory

Edward 'Ned' Mippy was as Aboriginal elder from the Yuat Noongara Community. Edward Mippy devoted much of his life to the promotion and development of Aboriginal culture. His father Arthur Mippy was a source of inspiration. Arthur Mippy highly regarded the passing on of his cultural knowledge and Edward continued this tradition. Edward's mother was Clara Leyland who is also known as Nee Harris and was born in 1878
